Before scheduling your tour, we will first verify that we have availability in the appropriate program based on your child’s age and your childcare needs. Once we confirm space, we’ll schedule your tour. During the tour, you’ll have the chance to explore our environment, meet our Guides, and learn more about how our program can benefit your child.

After your tour, we’ll ask you to provide basic contact information, including your name, phone number, and email address. We’ll then send you the Enrollment Packet, which contains all the necessary forms for your child’s registration, including the Enrollment Form and Family Handbook. The packet is sent via email through the Bounce app for easy access.

Once you’ve received the Enrollment Packet, you will need to complete the Enrollment Form. This form provides us with essential details about your child, including health information, immunization records, and emergency contacts. Afterward, take time to review our Family Handbook, which outlines important policies, guidelines, and expectations for your child’s experience at Oceans Montessori Academy. Once you’ve reviewed the Family Handbook, you will electronically sign off within the Bounce app to acknowledge that you have read and understood our policies and guidelines.

To stay connected, download the Bounce app on your phone. This app will allow you to:

• Communicate with your child’s Guides and receive daily updates.
• View photos and notes about your child’s activities and progress.
• Check in/out your child from their program for accurate attendance tracking and to ensure smooth drop-off and pick-up procedures.

Once your registration is complete, we’ll send you additional details to help prepare for your child’s first day. We can’t wait to welcome your family!
